1st Balkan pediatric Conference

1. First – the Congress shall be in Plovdiv. Plovdiv is the second city in Bulgaria and is 8 thousands years old!!!
2. The Grand Hotel “Novotel” – 5 stars, proposes the best conditions for such forums: a big congress hall “Plovdiv” with 550 sitting places; hall “Moskva” – 400 places and hall “Paris” – 200 places. The congress center of the hotel is preferable place for many medical congresses and other forums.The marketing of the hotel offer me very good prices for the rooms and the halls.
3. There are many cultural and archeological places to visit in and around Plovdiv.
4. I think the best time will be from 31May (Tursday) to 3 June - 4 days:
    

• tursday - 31.05.2012 – registration & accomodation + 1 or 2 praecongress firm symposiums; Welcome coktail and Opening ceremony at 8 o’clock.
• friday – 1.05.2012 – first balkan congress of pediatrics: = 4 PLENARY sessions = 7 hours = 420 minutes = 20 ORAL presentations of 20 minutes in english untill 18 o’ clock; 19 – 22 social event or free time
• saturday – 2.06.2012 – 3 plenary sessions = 5, 30 hours = 330 minutes = 15 - 16 oral presentations of 20 minutes + 1 or 2 poster SESSIONS; in the evening – cultural event.
• if there are more applications, the scientific committee will choose 30 - 32 for oral presentation and the rest – for posters.
• sunday - 03.06.2012 - 12-th Congress of Bulgarian Pediatric Association;
  
  Registration fee:
• early registration until 01 mars 2012 – 120 euros
• after 01 mars untill 01 may – 150 euros
• after 01 may and at the congress – 180 euros  

 The official languages of the Congress will be English and Bulgarian.
